Super-Quick Cold Brew Matcha

Drink Matcha

Matcha is delicious consumed hot or cold, with or without milk. The simplest way to drink it is with cold water or milk.

Ingredients 

1/2 teaspoon Okami Life Organic Matcha per cup (250ml), or to taste
1 cup cold water or a milk product of your choice

Instructions 

  • Put 1 cup of water or milk into a gym shaker drink bottle, or in a cup or glass. 
  • Shake, or use a handheld milk frother to whisk, for 30 seconds, or until there are no clumps. 
  • Drink! If sediment begins to form at the bottom, shake again or swirl your cup or glass. 

Bonus Tip 

Matcha mixes best in water, so if using milk, initially blend the matcha with a small quantity of water first.
