Matcha is delicious consumed hot or cold, with or without milk. The simplest way to drink it is with cold water or milk.
1/2 teaspoon Okami Life Organic Matcha per cup (250ml), or to taste
1 cup cold water or a milk product of your choice
- Put 1 cup of water or milk into a gym shaker drink bottle, or in a cup or glass.
- Shake, or use a handheld milk frother to whisk, for 30 seconds, or until there are no clumps.
- Drink! If sediment begins to form at the bottom, shake again or swirl your cup or glass.
Bonus TipMatcha mixes best in water, so if using milk, initially blend the matcha with a small quantity of water first.
